Maritime Energy is accepting applications for an afterhours Customer Service Representative. Our phones are staffed 24/7 to ensure our customers are speaking with an actual Maritime employee when they call, no matter what time of day or night it is. This is a part time position based out of the Rockland office and is Sunday 12am – 8am. There is also opportunity to cover other afterhours for vacations and Holidays. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, detail oriented, a strong communicator, both oral and written, possess the ability to multi-task with efficiency, maintain customer awareness and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include answering phones, accurately responding to customer emergency service inquiries, ensuring any necessary follow up with customer questions, dispatching on call service personnel if needed and accurately managing customer payments.
