Maritime Energy has an opening for a full time Service Dispatcher at our Rockland office. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, detail oriented, a strong communicator, both oral and written, possess the ability to multi-task with efficiency, maintain customer awareness and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include but not limited to scheduling all service work including installations & tune–ups, notify customers of scheduled repair dates, coordinate and maintain burner and propane service schedules, update customer accounts and do Service department billing for Knox county.
